This program is open to any buyer, regardless of experience or income, and is not limited to first-time buyers—it’s here for anyone who could use support along the way.

information on other members of your team, such as a home inspector and a lawyer, and summarizes the actions and costs required to purchase a home.
Home Program Terms & Conditions
1. Program Completion Requirement
To qualify for the benefits of the HOME Program, including the $1000 incentive on closing day, participants must complete the full online educational program *prior* to submitting an offer on any property. This ensures that buyers are fully equipped with the knowledge and resources needed for a successful homeownership experience.
2. Exclusive to Coldwell Banker Battle River Realty Clients
The HOME Program is exclusively available to clients who are purchasing a home through Coldwell Banker Battle River Realty. The program, including the $1000 incentive, is not transferable and can only be redeemed through a transaction facilitated by Coldwell Banker Battle River Realty.
3. One-Time Use
Each participant may redeem the HOME Program benefits only once, including the $1000 incentive. The incentive cannot be used on multiple transactions or combined with other offers or incentives.
4. Not Limited to First-Time Buyers
The HOME Program is open to all homebuyers, regardless of whether they are purchasing their first home or have previously owned property. This program is designed to support all individuals on their path to homeownership.
5. Changes and Modifications
Coldwell Banker Battle River Realty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the HOME Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will not affect participants who have already completed the program and are in the process of purchasing a home.
