I love working in Real Estate. It is one of the largest investments a person or a family can make and I really enjoy everything about the entire process, from helping clients on their search to drafting the paperwork and making the process enjoyable and finally, being able to put up that SOLD sign or handing the keys over to the new owners.
There is a lot of moving parts in a Real Estate transaction. Everything from the mortgage pre-approval process, viewing properties, researching the desired property, drafting all necessary paperwork in the selling and buying process, being in constant communication with the buyers, sellers and fellow agents, working alongside the Lawyers, Insurance companies, Contractors and Inspectors… It can sometimes seem overwhelming. My job as your Realtor is to ensure all parts of your Buying or Selling Process run smooth and are enjoyable.
